REFUND and RETURN POLICY

SSS TRANSATLANTIC LLC. will accept returns of new and unused items only. Any item which has been used, worn or washed will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Defective Items:

Defects include improperly sewn or cut items, severe discolorations and cut or damaged cloth. Defects do not include minor variations from one item to the next.

SSS TRANSATLANTIC LLC. will replace any defective item with an item of the same type and pattern, with SSS TRANSATLANTIC LLC. paying for its shipping to the customer. If a suitable replacement is unavailable,SSS TRANSATLANTIC LLC., at its sole discretion, may offer the customer an alternate item or a full refund.

The customer must e-mail SSS TRANSATLANTIC LLC. at info@ssstransatlantic.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must appear on any package containing return merchandise or the package(s) will be refused. The customer must make arrangements for return of the item within two weeks of its receipt. Any non-defective item must be returned with shipping prepaid. Packages sent freight collect will be refused.

All Other Returns:

In the case of return for any reason other than a defect, the customer must call or e-mail SSS TRANSATLANTIC LLC. to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must appear on any package containing return merchandise or the package(s) will be refused. The customer must make arrangements for return of merchandise within two weeks of its receipt. Any non-defective merchandise must be returned with shipping prepaid. Packages sent freight collect will be refused. There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on all returned merchandise. This 20% fee will be calculated from the original selling price of the merchandise, exclusive of any shipping charges.
